The key to putting is measuring elevation - Examples Below

8 10ft +10 inches = 20ft
9 10ft +10 inches = 20ft
10 10ft +10 inches = 20ft
11 10ft +10 inches = 20ft
12 10ft +10 inches = 20ft
13 10ft +10 inches = 20ft
